Since SMP consists of small, pigmented dots, on close inspection and especially with bright lighting, the pigment may not look totally natural.

Yes.  Temporary SMP may seem attractive for those who don't want to commit.Some temporary SMP pigments are encapsulated in microscopic silicone.  As your body works to carry away the SMP pigments, this silicone has to go somewhere!  Silicone is not readily excreted by the body....
