I got a digital "after" picture from a plastic surgeon that I love because of the scoop/dip angle, but the change is not the radical/aggressive change I am looking for, so in the third picture all I did was make my nostril shorter and bring the skin surrounding the nostril that attaches to the face forward and up slightly. The surgeon I am considering wrote that this is not possible, but I am wondering if what they really mean is that it is simply beyond their ability?
