What is the RecoSMA laser?

I suggest posting photos, typically low density low level lasers like clear + brilliant, peels, and skin care are best over q switched/pico or yellow lasers in my opinion.  Best, Dr. emer.

This is a potential complication for anyone getting lasers.  I suggest you avoid any further treatments in this area and start scar prevention and pigmentation/complexion blending treatment at this time.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I suggest starting pills to prevent fungal infection and to get a shot of a steroid.  your dermatologist should evaluate this in person.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There are different types of yags (q switched, long pulsed, microsecond) i suggest going to a laser expert to find out which type of you are looking for and which condition you are treating.  It will depend on the type and your skin as to which would be best if good at all.  Dr. Emer.

This looks like you are burned from the laser and need appropriate wound care at this time to prevent hyperpigmentation.  I suggest speaking to your physician or going to a laser fellowship trained physician.  Best, Dr. Emer.
