Thanks for submitting a photo. To me it actually looks like the left central tooth is too small....making the right look too big in proportion. It's is highly unusual to have the two centrals different sizes. I would definintily recommend seeing someone to determine what is going on. The left one could actually still be a baby tooth. To answer your question, Invisalign can ont do anything about tooth size. But a good orthodontist can help you figure out what is going on and the best way to fix it.

Since the doctor did not examine your teeth it would be hard to say if 3 weeks per tray is necessary, but typically the recommendation by Invisalign and most orthodontists would be 2 weeks per tray.
