How can I fix my botched nose job? (Photo)

I was botched my a famous California surgeon. I thought I was safe with him since he had been on many TV shows but looks like that doesn't mean you are great surgeon. How can I fix my botched upturned nose. I am so depressed, I guess I never thought this would happen to me. I don't know if or when I can afford a revision.

There are many questions to answer, such as how long ago was the surgery and what are the specific details of your concerns?  You mentioned it being upturned to much.  Unfortunately, the photos do not reveal too much.  I recommend that you consult with an rhinoplasty surgeon with vast experience in revision procedures.  There are several in your area. It is possible to improve on the problem of the upturned nose but it is a complex procedure and you would need to get a consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to get the details.
