The last few months I've become really concerned and insecure about my eyes. In pictures, they look like they are at very different heights, but people I've asked have said they can't tell and it looks more like my eyelids are uneven. I wish I believed them, but I don't think that's the case. I know I have a crooked nose that leans to the right; could this be contributing? I feel like this is extremely noticeable and I'm really concerned about my eyes being so asymmetrical.

Based on these photos, lateral canthopexy would be a procedure to consider. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.
Contact lens wear can cause ptosis but there are many other causes as well. Best to see an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and consideration of eyelid ptosis surgery.
It is essential to examine you in person, but you appear to be quite young and unlikely to have brow ptosis. You do seem to have residual skin excess in your upper eyelids, examining you with your eyes closed would be essential to determine the degree of this.
