You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Hello al109:Although Emsculpt and CoolSculpting will reduce fat and strengthen and increase your abdominal muscles, you will see your results more clearly if you have the treatments after you lose perhaps 10 lbs. Adding strength training is a good idea, as is intermittent fasting. If you decide to proceed, you will still get results and there is a rationale for jump starting your metabolism. In fact, studies have shown that visceral fat (inside the abdominal cavity) is reduced by Emsculpt as well.Sheryl Clark MD

If you are looking to stay away from an invasive procedure such as liposuction, I would recommend the combination of CoolSculpting or Vanquish Me with Emsculpt. In your case I think you’re fat layers will hide the results and you will find it to be a waste of money. Considering the results are relatively subtle and show best on those who have exposed muscles this is probably not the best option. It’s also a temporary result so for those who are good candidates and can afford maintaining these treatments it’s worthwhile trying out.You are a great candidate for Liposuction if that’s something you would consider but obviously the primary problem is too much body fat so weight loss is going to be the best recommendation.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
