There is no reason why you can't get EMSculpt treatment overbuttock implants. EMSculpt will cause contractions of the buttock muscles which will help tone and build them. The treatment should not cause any problems with the implants since normal activities that use the buttock muscles, such as exercising, is not contraindicated with the implants.
