How long should I wait after my Cellfina procedure to have my Emsculpt sessions done on my butt?

I didn't have many areas treated on my butt (10 spots on both cheeks and 9 spots between both legs). I've experienced some bruising and I'm still wearing my compression garment.

Hello and thank you for your question! I recommend my patients wait one month post Cellfina to begin Emsculpt treatments to the buttocks. We want to make sure that most of your swelling and soreness have resolved before beginning the treatment. The supramaximal contractions of Emsculpt could be more painful if you still have a lot of residual soreness and bruising from Cellfina. Hope this helps!

EmSculpt targets the muscle and is not going to affect either the results or the healing from Cellfina, so you can  go ahead and do it whenever you have minimal residual soreness.

Thank you for your question. I would recommend waiting until the bruising has largely resolved or you have no residual discomfort from your Cellfina procedure. As a general rule, you should be able to proceed with Emsculpt 4 weeks out from you Cellfina procedure.
