Would the CO2 Laser be a good choice to treat deep crows feet? If yes, how many treatments may be required? If not, what would be a good solution to treat them?
Answer: Crows Feet - Lasers, Botox, Fillers, microneedling/PRP Lasers are used for various purposes. Co2 laser helps for resurfacing wrinkles and improves pores, sun spots and texture, but doesn't help tighten or lift the skin which requires other treatments. Crows feet can be treated with a combination of lasers, microneedling/PRP, botox. Please see a cosmetic dermatologist that will develop a treatment plan for the best combination treatments. Dr. Emer

Answer: CO2 laser for crows feet lines CO2 laser is a great option for facial wrinkles and skin rejuvenation. The number of sessions required depends on how deep the lines are, how much downtime you are willing to tolerate and your skin tone/color.In general, one session can help fine lines tremendously, while deeper lines require 3-4 sessions.

Answer: CO2 for crows feet Laser resurfacing with either CO2 or erbium works well to improve wrinkles and lines around the eyes in patients with appropriate skin types. Often combining a resurfacing laser with a neurotoxin such as Botox or dysport can also help to achieve additional smoothing of these lines in this area by reducing the facial movement that causes these lines. Significant improvement can be achieved with a single laser treatment, but sometimes additional treatments are needed to achieve an optimal result.

Answer: Combination treatments - BOTOX and laser. Preferably BOTOX a month before laser, this relaxes your lines ( dynamic lines or crows feet that are worse with smiling). Then CO2 laser around the eyes, blending to your cheek. This gives the best results as skin that is not dynamic heals up faster and better. Then maintain as needed with Botox- chances are you will need a lot less Botox after Co2. For more detailed explanations, see my before and after photos, as it goes through each individual case. Answer: Combining CO2 laser with neurotoxins for heavy crow's feet I agree with the strategy of combining neurotoxin injection for the periorbital muscles before performing CO2 laser for deep or heavy crow's feet. The results are synergistic and more lasting if Botox, Dysport or other neurotoxin injections are continued.
