Any incision that is still draining fluid more than 3-5 days postop should be attended to by the operating surgeon. You appear to have the typical festering incision that’s indicative of a non-healing wound that communicates (aka connects) from the skin surface all the way to the implant.  A visit to a local board certified plastic surgeon asap is highly recommended. Better yet, seek an in person consultation with a buttock implant specialist. Glad to help

An open wound at this stage of recovery needs is not normal and needs the attention of your surgeon immediately.  If the correct size implant is chosen, your wound should start to heal one week after your procedure. If the implant is too large it can prevent the incision from healing and invite infection.  Choosing the right size implant is crucial to ensure the overall success of your procedure. Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in this procedure and is well known for it
