However it does depend upon the volume and/or location of imbalance within the buttock cheek. It depends. The position of your buttock implants and the possible maximum size will also on the individual anatomy of your muscle. The implant sizes come in steps with usually around 40cc of difference between them, which is a bit too much to finetune little asymmetries. Additional fatgrafting is a powerful tool to achieve this.Most important: total symmetry is neither achievable nor would it correspond to the human nature. Apart from the fact that 1000% symmetry is not achievable in a medical act, it is also not desirable and would look odd. Please bear that in mind.
