This will depend somewhat on the parameters utilized with the devices and the depth of injections, but in general there should be no problem using them on the same day. Most advanced practitioners are very capable of utilizing multiple modalities on the same day.To ensure you are receiving the highest level of care, seek out a modernly trained, new-school dermatologic surgeon, oculoplastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who is board certified and fellowship trained in one of these "core four" cosmetic specialties. Membership in organizations like the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery help to identify a highly trained surgeon.Cameron Chesnut#realself500 Physician
Great question. In most cases, Ultherapy and Halo treatments can be combined into one procedure. However, it is important to discuss this with the dermatologist or plastic surgeon administering the treatments, as it will sometimes depend on the depth of the Ultherapy treatment. Make sure you choose a doctor who is experienced and well-trained in these specific procedures, as you want the safest and best results for your face. Good luck!
It is not recommended to do them in the same day. There is too much inflammation. It is also not recommended to do Ultherapy before Halo. You can do injections, botox, Juvederm, etc. 2 weeks after Halo. It is always best to consult with your physician or Aesthetician before proceeding with any treatment plan.
Thanks for the great question. Halo can be safely combined with many treatments. Because injections occur deeper in the tissue, they will not be affected by a Halo treatment. Depending on the depth of treatment with Ulterapy, there may be some overlap in sections of the skin which are heated from either treatment. Make sure you are seeing someone with experience in combination therapy for your treatments. Best of luck and I hope you love your results!~Dr. Sieber
Yes, this is a great combination, Ultherapy treats the deeper structures in your skin, causing collagen to contract and stimulate over 3-4 months. Halo treats the surface of your skin, and can improve wrinkles, fine lines and pigmentation. This combination makes total sense, as you are treating all layers of your skin, improving skin texture, and tone. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
This occurs occasionally. Rarely (one in 20?) some people will have a lot of swelling and after that subsides the skin appears to have fine wrinkkles and decreased texture. This will subside and collagen will grow. For now hydrate, and moisturize frequently. I prefer Cetaphil or CeraVe...
Thanks for the great question. It's difficult to tell from the photo, but it looks like you may start peeling soon. If you have a deep treatment, it may take a little longer than normal for the peeling to start. If usually begins in the center of the face and works its way to the outside. I'd...
Like others have said, 95% of patients will have settled by now, the holes you see are secondary to the ERBIUM component of Halo, it should subside in the next 2-3 months, but I have seen prolonged grids or dots. Easy fix- use a Fraxel with small holes, high density in a 20 mj setting - ...
