There is a lot of confusion over the Accent by Alma, the Accent Ultra V and the V-shape RF device. Unfortunately the company has intermixed the names and marketing of several evolutions of its Radiofrequency device. All of them are RF devices - the software and hardware versions are what determines the name as well as which country you live in. The v-shape or Juva Shape device with the focused update is the "latest and greatest". We still use the accent name to describe out Shape because there is better name recognition. Hope this helps!
