In theory, there should be no contraindication for the use of radio frequency treatments to areas of the body (not the breast) whilst breast-feeding. HOWEVER, surgeons are quite right to be ultra-safe and avoiding any cosmetic procedures, be they injections, fillers, lasers or radio-frequency treatments, until a pregnancy or breast feeding are over.
