I am 9 months post closed rhinoplasty and my nose swells in the evening right after I have dinner. Is this normal?

In the morning I wake up and its swollen, it looks upturned, then it starts going down mid day, then in the evening after I eat it starts swelling again. Its driving me crazy, what can I do? I try to limit my sodium intake but it still does this. How long will I have to deal with this?
