My nose looks flaky and dry 4 months post rhinoplasty. Is this normal? (Photos)

Dear RealSelf community. Im now 4 months post rhino. Whenever I take a shower my nose looks very flaky and has dry patches. After my nose is dry it still has dry patches. My nose never had these before I underwent rhino. Is this to be expected? Thank you.
