I still have some loose skin above my belly button. Should I have a revision? (Photos)

Why do you have loose skin? No children, but prior excess weight? Regardless, your skin looks to have good elasticity (from what can be seen by low resolution photos), but I see the crumple area above your belly button, especially on lateral view. I have to say for those persons reading this that it's a shame your incision isn't 2 inches lower, especially since it was a modified tuck. There are two ways to deal with this, and which way to go would depend on your physical exam. The simple way is hi def lipo and Renuvion, the more complex way is to convert you to a full tuck.

Unfortunately, loose skin above the belly button can be a tricky thing to improve. A full tummy tuck would have required a vertical scar towards the bottom of your abdomen as the skin above your belly button wouldn't have stretched down that low. There are some nonsurgical options that can help tighten and firm up the skin. We have seen good results with treating the area with Morpheus 8 and ultherapy.
