Should transexual girls stop HRT post breast augmentation surgery?

hormone therapy doesn't have negative effect on final shape of your breasts. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Hormone therapy does not affect the results of breast implant surgery.  Estrogen taken before surgery does increase the risk of developing DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) after surgery, but would not change the position or projection of your breast implants.Transgender female breast surgery typically needs much larger implants with a wider base diameter than a routine breast implant procedure.  It is not unusual to have implants in the 800-2000 cc range to obtain the desired result.  Please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs breast enhancement procedures frequently to assure the best possible result.Good Luck!
