Im 27 yr old transexual, weight 50kg, 1.45m tall. I had my breast augmentation at 25 with 18 months HRT. Sadly I didn't grow sufficient breast tissue prior surgery ,was still almost very flat chested ! I continued taking hormones, I feel doing so has affected my implants moving not settling in the right direction cause one is up n one lower, uneven n mishaped as the other breast left is bigger the right? Does HRT interferes with with breast implants as new breast tissue growth continues

I appreciate your question very much. I think I would have to see you and measure for a real recommendation. However, based on your height you would likely need breast implants that are taller and more projecting than average.Best, Dr. ALDO
Hard to say without an examination, even harder without photos. In my practice, in taller patients with adequate dimensions it would not be uncommon to fill to 800-1000cc on the first go around. It all depends on the measurements and tissues.
