What size silicone implants would you recommend to a 45 MTF?

Hi, thank you for your question. It is difficult to answer without photos, but most likely at least 400cc would be needed. During an evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon you can try on different implant sizes and see what suits you best.

If you're 6'8" then to go up one cup size will be at least 200-225cc. Therefore going up from a B to a D/DD will require at least 400-450cc for a D and 600-675 for a DD, although more than that may be needed. 600+ maybe a lot for your even your frame. Other options would be working towards the D range then going to a larger size later on, or using tissue expanders to build up to the size you want and then replacing with permanent implants.
