Question

I have some scar tissue under the skin that causes ripples around the breast area. I also have pits or large dimples under my nipples that are basically tissue voids. Can I still grow breast tissue while on hrt and will it grow back deformed? Is there anything I should do about the scar tissue prior to HRT? I’m ok with breast implants if I can’t grow them nataurally. Will the scar tissue and indentions affect Breast Augmentation surgery?

You may well find that you don't have much breast development since most/all of your breast tissue was removed. No one can predict how much you will have or if it will be asymmetric. If you decide on implants, because they are placed behind the breasts and usually the muscle as well, the prior surgery should not affect that surgery.
