I am mtf transgender. I had Gynecomastia surgery in 2010. When I start HRT, will my breasts will grow back deformed? (Photos)

I have some scar tissue under the skin that causes ripples around the breast area. I also have pits or large dimples under my nipples that are basically tissue voids. Can I still grow breast tissue while on hrt and will it grow back deformed? Is there anything I should do about the scar tissue prior to HRT? I’m ok with breast implants if I can’t grow them nataurally. Will the scar tissue and indentions affect Breast Augmentation surgery?
