Had aggressive microneedling done in May 2021 with 3mm needle (unbeknown to me as I was in ‘trusted’ hands of a dermatologist who had carried out two previous treatments on me which were fine). I now have tram marks/micro holes all over my face. New dermatologist prescribed tretinoin as it could help remodel scars/improve texture and also I am too scared of having other procedures on face. Will the tretinoin help improve the scars? If not, what’s the mildest/least risk procedure? Thanks
