Can I eat fish before microneedling? Worried about omega 3 fatty acids.

Hi I know you shouldn't taje omega 3 supps, before microneedling, but what about actually eating the real thing? I can't seem to find any info on the internet and my estee only works in my area on Wed and Friday evenings. Will have my 1st session this wed evening. Is it ok to eat real foods containing omega 3?
