Can microneedling with PRP stimulate hair follicles as a side effect of treating the skin of hairless male chest and upper back?

I’m male in my 30s. No hair on chest and back which is something I’d like to mintain. My skin is rough and uneven on my upper chest and back and I am very interested in PRP microneedling. However, I know that PRP microneedling is used to treat balding which makes me wonder if the treatment will possibly stimulate hair follicles on my chest and back. I need to know even if the changes are low.
