How bad is the damage from this microneedling? (photos)

Hello, I had microneedling done and it completely ruined my perfectly smooth skin. My skin was completely smooth, never broke out, no redness ever, no sensitivity, etc. I was talked into microneedling as a preventative measure for “fine lines”. Months later i am stucky with serious lines/striations on my entire face (see photos), uneven blotchy orange pee skin, track marks,etc. It’s easy to tell the microneedling caused it as i have a beard and when i shave it, you can see the difference.
