Got a primary rhinoplasty 6 months ago. Looked great post cast removal and I was swollen but even. One of my nostrils has a strange lump on it, slightly whiteish. It is soft and not sore to the touch but aesthetically, my nostrils look so different :( Can anyone advise what this might be and if it will resolve? My nose doesn’t change much now day to day. My surgeon said it may resolve but has anyone had an experience similar? Thank you.
