How long should I wait between having a rhinoplasty and CO2 laser treatment?

10 yrs ago I was in a motorcycle accident and the skin on my nose was destroyed plus left me with a large bump. Still to this day the skin is paper thin and peels off also it left me with a bumpy texture huge pores/divots from the concrete chewing up my nose. I have to use a metal tool to clean out the pores or by squeezing and I know I won't be able to do that after the rhino. How long do I have to wait after having a rhinoplasty to get a CO2 laser treatment or vise versa?
