What can be done about a nose that dents when I smile? (Photo)

This way you will have more narrow nose, defined tip and your nose will not that droop when you smile. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide and droopy nasal appearance. I can see the indentation in between your tip cartilages when you smile.
