When can I start Botox after Ptosis surgery?

I have had Botox previously but stopped getting it done 6 months ago as I had Ptosis surgery coming up. I had my surgery nearly 4 weeks ago and I can't wait to get my Botox done again. When can I start getting botox in my forehead and maybe around my eyes again? Is there more risk to Botox following my surgery?

Many patients enhance the benefits from their ptosis surgery by adding Botox treatments.  Your surgeon is the best one to advise you on when you can begin this treatment as she/he is most familiar with how you've been progressing through recovery.  Typically after a few months you can resume Botox.
