I had a rhinoplasty and they reduced my alars much more than i would like to as well as reshaping them, i was told that 1-2 mm were removed. My collumella was also removed as well and there was a preexsiting assymetry between the alars that was not fixed. I feel it looks worse now. Can a reconstructive surgeon widen alars without much scarring? Can i also add back some of the bridge? The tip seemed higher and more lifted in the birth nose not sure why the whole nose is flat against my face now.
