Rhinoplasty deformity - hard bump right hand side of nose, bridge is slightly dipped in the middle, little definition (Photos)

Hello! I’m 25 and I had a primary rhinoplasty done nearly 1 year ago and the results turned out completely differently than what I had expected which has been quite devastating. I have spoken to my surgeon about my concerns and he has agreed to fix it for me. My concerns are that I have a hard bump on the right hand side of my nose, my bridge is slightly dipped in the middle (hard to see in most light but you can feel it with touch), and my nose has little definition/ structure. I didn’t have these issues prior to surgery. My surgeon has said that the hard bump on the side of my nose is where he broke the bone and a protective lump has grown over it. I wanted to run this by the wider community on here and get your thoughts. I’m also wondering if I have an inverted V deformity? My bridge seems to just blend into the rest of my face now which it never did before. It’s also wider than prior to surgery. I also don’t like how one side of my tip is pinched in and other isn’t. I’d appreciate some help on naming the problem so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happened and get some peace of mind. I have attached some pictures. My revision surgery is booked for a few months time but I want to see what everyone’s thoughts are & if this is something I should trust the same surgeon to fix. Thank you so much in advance for any support or answers, I would really appreciate it.

Answer: I believe the lump is the ascending process of your maxilla.
