Can't breath from one side because of Osteotomy + alarplasty done 8 years ago. What are my choices?

Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on your internal nasal anatomy. Generally speaking the most common maneuvers to help breathing include septoplasty and opening a collapsed internal nasal valve. These could both be addressed in a revision surgery. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
