Can't breath from one side because of Osteotomy + alarplasty done 8 years ago. What are my choices?

I researched about deviated septum which is probably the main case of why I can't breath from one side of the nose, but I am also suspecting that osteotomy made my nasal passage / airway more smaller which is why I can't properly breath / always gasping for air.

When somebody presents to our office with difficulty breathing through their nose, we inspect the nasal cavity, the septum, the turbinates, and the internal and external nasal valves. Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on your internal nasal anatomy. Generally speaking the most common maneuvers to help breathing include septoplasty and opening a collapsed internal nasal valve. These could both be addressed in a revision surgery. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
