I had a nose job 6 years ago and was really happy with the results however I hit my nose really hard and since then it has changed a bit. I have what feels like a ball in the nose tip and it’s getting bigger, I had a ultrasound on it and the doctor wanted to get a biopsy using a hole puncture but I haven’t done it because I don’t want it more damaged. What could this be from? Not sure if it was going that way anyway…the bump also appears to have less pigmentation. Will I need a revision rhinoplasty or are there any other treatments that could help?

Believe it or not, some people will consult us with pain on the bridge of their nose and request rhinoplasty surgery because they think it will help. It is not possible to comment on your candidacy for revision rhinoplasty, however, please get a copy of your operative report from 3 years ago,...
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your limited photograph, you may benefit from a revision with placement of an alar contour graft. Additional photos would be helpful in evaluating this. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon...
I like your 9 months post-operative photograph a lot. It's as close to Barbie as somebody could get, and in all honesty, the Barbie doll doesn't not have a nasal bridge at all! Believe it or not, 9 months after a quaternary revision rhinoplasty is not enough time to be looking at a final result....
