6 years post nose job, hit my nose and it changed. Do I need a revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

As far as I can see from your photos this may be a cartilage slippage, but I recommend that you make an appointment with an ent doctor as soon as possible and consult imaging methods, it is not correct to share clear information without a detailed examination.

Since there appears to be a dramatic change in the appearance of your nose from the time you were operated on, till the time of your trauma, you may need to have the indentation along the left side wall of your nose corrected with a cartilage graft. The best advice I could give is to consult with your surgeon of 6 years ago, so you could see what might be best moving forward. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, this asymmetry is due to cartilage. Do not get a biopsy. A revision will be able to help you. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
