Dear Doctors, I had rhinosectoplasty surgery 4 months ago. Frontally it seems to slope to the right and the nostrils are asymmetrical. I contacted the surgeon, who explained to me that some asymmetry is normal and that the difference is minimal, at most one year later one can intervene with hyaluronic acid. In your opinion can this difference be reduced over time? . Does it need secondary surgery? Or with hyaluronic acid could it be fixed? Thank you very much
