Would a reverse tummy tuck and breast lift be best for me? (Photos)

It is not possible to give you any worthwhile advice on either your breast surgery or of course the abdomen surgery. You seem very motivated and you should sit down with a plastic surgeon and review probably many different strategies to get you toward your final expectations. Good luck with everything.

Reverse tummy tuck can be a perfect option for addressing upper abdominal loose skin, especially when you’ve already had a previous breast lift and have those existing scars! Often with the reverse tummy tuck your scars under your breast will connect to meet in the midline. Revision breast lift will address the areas of poor scarring. Fat transfer to the breast to address some of the deflation would be a great option. This typically adds at most a half cup volume increase, but will definitely help with some of that loose upper breast skin. If you wanted more than that for size increase and true upper pole roundness then only an implant can achieve this!

From the photo it does appear you would benefit from a scar revision from your breast lift. If you are wanting to avoid implants you may be a candidate for a lift with autoaugmentation which uses your own tissue to create more upper pole fullness. This is different than fat transfer. An exam or further photos are needed to determine if you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck. The reverse tummy tuck isn't as common as the other options.
