I am 29, and had a breast lift in 2021. I would like to get a revision due to the scarring and significant weight loss leaving loose skin. The loose skin is on my upper abdomen too, so I was thinking combining a reverse tummy tuck with a revision breast lift, possibly with fat transfer? I would like to avoid implants. Please let me know your opinions, I’m definitely open to anything else that would work! Thanks

From your photographs, it seems plastic surgery cannot offer you any significant improvement. A plastic surgeon would have to do a good exam to truly understand if something relatively small could be done to make a satisfactory improvement that you would enjoy.
