I had a hair transplant 9 months ago and I’m not happy with it at all. My hair has continued to thin and it looks terrible. I want to shave my hair and get smp but after shaving my hair before my first session I noticed lots of tiny bumps at the base of the each hair follicle. I think I want to get electrolysis to remove the hairs, but will this also help with the bumps? And if not what can I do to get rid of them Thanks
