I am hoping you could provide me with a number of options regarding my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. My skin is dark brown (Indian) and after electrolysis (the blend method), I got these dark brown post inflammatory hyperpigmentation spots. I really hate them and it makes me sad to look at them. Is there anything I can do to remove or fade them? My electrologist has said they might never fade. The PIH spots have been on my skin for 3+ months. I use sunscreen daily.
