Blepharoplasty scar line & persistent pimples. What are my options? (Photo)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Those are not pimples but tiny cysts which can occur after this surgery because of the type of skin. Any plastic surgeon should be able to easily remove these under local anesthesia.
