Im 35yo, never had an operation before and do not smoke or drink. At one point i lost 7 stone , but i since fluctuated a bit and ive actually at this point lost 5.5 stone from my max weight. Most the weight i lost 9 year ago, and ive always wanted surgery and i can now afford it. I was to look good and be confident all round but my main concern is my legs and thighs, they are very big in comparison to my waist and i dont like the way they rub together. I have been recommended by 3 surgerons that i need a 360 lift, 1 surgeon said i need a posterior lift , and another said no lift at all just lipo. I know you are supposed to trust the experts , but they are telling me different things. And with my legs being my biggest concern , do i also need a thigh lift or would lipo be enough. Im so unsure. I also want to do something about my boobs , i dont even fit in a womens size A the smallest size. I want it to be natural though if i got boobs so i considered fat transfer but i dont want to waste my money as its taken me so long to get to this point, plus ill never get time to get time off work like this again. So then part of me is like do i get breast aug with a teardrop soft implant to make it natural. But then many doctors said i would need a lift aswell which i was hoping to avoid. Ive added some photos of me and appreciate any help.
