Hi, I am 22 years old and I'm exploring the best procedures for a few insecurities. The first are my genetic undereye bags. I've had fat transfer there but it hasn't helped, the problem is more skin dicolouration. The next is that I'd like my outer eyes to be more lifted and almond shaped. The last is my long, rectangular jaw that I feel is masculine. I've attached two images, one that is edited to show what results I'd like to achieve. I'd appreciate advice and opinions before I go for surgery.

Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by bone structure.
It is genetic bone structure that differentiates your appearance with your wish picture.

The limited photographs demonstrate what appears to be ptosis on your left eyelid, which is a muscle weakness, and hooded and excess skin on the upper lids on both sides. An in-person examination is going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed.
