I have under eye bags that retain fluid specially before and during my menstrual period (I retain fluids on legs and stomach too those days). My question is... If I get an eyebag removal surgery... Once healed... Will my under eye still retain fluid when I am on my period? Or once the surgery is done the lower eyelid (once healed), won't retain fluids ever again? Thanks
