Surgeon requires a lot of pre-op instructions, is this normal? (photos)

I've recently received this analysis from a surgeon I am thinking of going to. A few month ago they said the price was €7000 for a first rhinoplasty. Now the initial price has gone up substantially, although as explained below there are discounts. Do you agree with the surgeons instructions about prepping for the surgery? I didn't expect to have to do so much before surgery. Surgeons instructions in attached photos.

Hello @shenad thank you for your question. Every specialist has his recommendations for before and after surgery. I recommend my patients before surgery not to smoke at least 15 days before surgery, to avoid excessive food and alcoholic beverages, not to take medications with anticoagulant effects a couple of weeks before surgery. When I performa rhinoplasty I use a close technique, that means that the stitches go inside the nose, there might be a difference there. Best wishes!

It seems like you're asking two questions, the first having to do with price. When you got the inittisl quote did it say how long the quote was good for? Did you do any add ons. If you think you've been treated unfairly and you're not getting the answers you are looking for, simply go somewhere else,

You do have thick skin tip of your nose which will require several steroid shots in the postoperative period over the first few months after your rhinoplasty procedure. The preoperative instructions are of no benefit
