I had dual plane breast implants coming up to 6 months ago now, 400cc round. My right breast has a slightly angular look to it underneath (pictures attached) where as the left has a nice round curve. Is this likely to smooth out in time or is something wrong? The nurse at my surgeons office said to give it time but it’s been like it for around 4 months now.

Ok not to be snarky but the only difference is that one is spelled correctly. Capsulorrhaphy is the correct version which basically means manipulation of the pocket where the implant sits. In this case, it is most common to tighten the pocket.
