I saw a surgeon who said my nipples are too far apart and that I should have them adjusted to be more centered, and that I could cut the muscle vertically in the middle of my chest in order to put the breast implants (I want to use IDEAL implants) closer together. Is this safe? Are there extra complications I should be aware of?
