Hit on tip of the nose downwards 6 years after surgery

My best friend was playing around unfortunately he hit my nose tip downwards with his chest. It hurt for like 48 hours when I touch it ( only the right side hurts). I had rhinoplasty 6 years ago buy I’m still concerned about it because after 6 years my nose tip is still very hard and not very moveable. My nose doesn’t really look different. Only a bit swelling but when i touch the cartilage part it feels strange.
