I had primary rhinoplasty many years ago which involved placement of a synthetic medpor implant to augment the nose bridge. However I have been unhappy with the shape of the implant. Although it feels to be placed centrally, it is slightly higher on one side and therefore gives the upper part of my nose bridge a slight, although noticeable, asymmetrical appearance. To avoid another surgery, would it be safe to use fillers near a nose implant to correct the asymmetry?

Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist who offer injectable fillers in the nose. In our practice, we typically use microdroplet Silikon-1000 to fill small indentations that can occur from previous rhinoplasty. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
