Is it possible to lower the medial canthus?

Question

I have a fairly normal lateral canthus position but my medial canthus is really high set giving a really odd and ugly look which I'm really insecure about. I was wondering if any procedure like this exists?

Medial canthus is a complex structure that bears the opening of the canal that carries the lacrimal fluid (tears). So manipulating this structure for aesthet,c reasons is highly risky for deteriorating the eye lubrication, that will cause additional problems about vision later. We only operate on medial canthus on obligatory reconstructive cases like traumas and tumors.
