Is inner epicanthoplasty the only fix or can filler help at all? (Photo)

I have epicanthal folds and I was wondering if inner epicanthoplasty is the only fix or if filler can help at all? i’ve heard getting filler at the bridge of the nose can cause the folds to go away. when I pinch my bridge, the folds disappear I also have hollows under my eyes and want filler there but was concerned if it would affect the folds or if I would be okay
