Question

after some weight loss . I hate the forehead when i expressions Botox doesnt last me long lucky 1.5 months tops . My under eyes bunch and look loose when i smile despite having upper and lower bleph 6 months ago in turkey and they are not interested in helping me. Lastly neck is loose and when i look down its like i have rolls. What would my options be for these issues so im not being misled again . The question thanks

Hello, I think the procedure that would give you the most satisfaction and change would be fat grafting to the temples and cheeks.  Some patients may need more than one treatment. The fat will last forever. Volumizing the face where it needs restoration will remove certain undesirable shadows from the face and can give very impressive results.

Switch to Dysport and switch providers...something isn't making sense.  Get some fat grafting done also to your cheeks for volume.  Halo laser peel, Morpheus for loose skin and and Sculptra to your injections to help with volume. Stop flying overseas for surgery.

Thank you for your query. There are two issues here. One is loss of volume and the second is loose skin. Surgical face and neck lift with autologous fat injections or fillers will help a lot. I am sorry you weren't given the follow up that every patient deserves. That is not acceptable. To answer your question, often times patients have significant skin laxity and volume loss in the face after weight loss that creates an aged appearance. Your cheeks have had volume loss that has created a midfacial crease that can be treated with fat grafting to that area. Your lower eyelids still appear to have some excess skin that could be removed as well and possibly fat needing to be repositioned in your lower eyelid - I would need to examine you in person. The way to treat the jawline, jowls, and neck would be for a facelift and necklift unfortunately. I wish there was a quick fix but the only way to address the significant laxity is surgery. Sorry you have been through the ringer! I encourage you to schedule consults with multiple surgeons that specialize in facelift and aging face surgery. You will find someone you feel comfortable with and someone who will address your concerns after surgery!

Hello, hope you are well. If you choose one surgery to undergo, it should be a deep plane facelift. Your photos demonstrate significant jowling, midfacial ptosis, and skin redundancy of your neck. An extended deep plane lift will address the mid- and lower face as well as the neck. A revision lower blepharoplasty can also be considered, but I would want to know if you had a transconjunctival ("internal") or subciliary ("external") approach to your first eyelid surgery before making a recommendation.

You would benefit from a face lift and brow lift. The brow lift will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and raise the eyebrows higher. The face lift will also take in the lack skin of the neck.
