Safe treatments for someone with Myasthenia Gravis and Arrhythmias?

I was wondering if I could get some advise. l would like to have non ablative laser treatment on my face to treat my under eye dark circles and puffiness and some minor lines on my forehead. I have Myasthenia Gravis and Ventricular Tachycardia. Currently on 15mg Prednisolone. Other meds which I don’t think are relevant. I have attended multiple clinics but they all decline me. Can some one advise me on any other treatments or anything out there that is safe .
